The Community Yoga Centre is made available through The Canadian Yoga Institute as a public facility. We are host to education seminars/workshops, group meetings, and special events. Our beautiful facility has two large hatha rooms, a spacious student lounge which can be used for smaller group meetings, and a kitchen classroom which doubles for catering. “Let us remember the Mystery from which all things come. Nearer than near—the pulse of our veins—& as far as the farthest galaxy turning in the patient womb of space. Mankind cannot contain that Mystery, yet it fills the hearts of all that know themselves with radiance & grace.
May we come to love that Mystery as our True Self. May we love the world as our Self, our neighbor as our Self, our enemy as our Self.
May we perceive that radiance in every name & form, serve that radiance in every name & form. May we remember our true nature at all times; when we go out a& when we come in; in the noise of the street & in the stillness of the night.
May our practice clarify our hearts; may there be no obstruction in us. May the radiance shine in , & may the radiance shine out.”
This meditation was written as a gift to us all by a friend of CYI, who asked to remain anonymous. It speaks of the truth & wisdom contained within the principals of quantum physics. |
